LiLA Employers
Since 2001, grant and state-funded Lifelong Learning Account (LiLA) pilot programs have been offered to employers and workers in states, regions and cities across the county. These pilot programs have attracted employers in a variety of industries. After hearing about the LiLA concept, other employers have opted to launch their own learning account programs without grant or state funding.

“It is exciting to be on the cutting edge of adult training. It is an obviously well run program that is well received by anyone who hears about it. The multiplying effect of the dollars invested by the employees and the employer really help offset the high cost of getting an education.”
Joe Hyndman, Owner, Hyndman Industrial Products
